CHERYL BROOM :: CEO, Graduate Communications

Cheryl Broom is a national higher education leader with a passion for student success and a deep commitment to serving her clients with integrity and passion. For 20 years, Cheryl has worked for and served community colleges across the nation on projects ranging from bond passages to complex marketing campaigns. A former television news reporter, Cheryl brings her knack for storytelling to everyday projects as well as to her presentations. An accomplished speaker, Cheryl has spoken for Google at their Menlo Park headquarters, has keynoted higher education conferences across the nation, and today is a nationally sought after Zoom presenter and moderator. You’ll also catch her teaching Communications 101 (the dreaded public speaking classes) at community colleges across San Diego.

Brittany Denise :: Founder, Sparkbudz

Brittany is the inventor and founder of Sparkbudz, the patented shareable earbuds. With the support of her family and working multiple odd jobs, she was able to bring her idea and vision from her junior year in high school to market including pitching Sparkbudz on the National TV Show “Entrepreneur Elevator Pitch.” Brittany is now developing and conceptualizing the product with partners overseas.

Maryam Edah-Tally :: Founder, Fleur A Cheval

This Ernst & Young's 2017 Teen Entrepreneur of the Year is best known for founding Fleur À Cheval, the first e-Commerce business to sell handcrafted floral accessories for horses. At 20, Maryam is a well-seasoned entrepreneur starting at age 13 when she competed in the TYE (Tie Young Entrepreneurs) program at Chapman University. Maryam is also host of the "Quit Horsing Around" podcast.

TJ Kinion :: Program Manager, LearningFuze

Before taking LearningFuze’s Full Immersion Coding Bootcamp, TJ spent 4 years with one of the largest tech staffing companies and opened up its first international office. Upon finishing the coding bootcamp he took over the Career Services Department and also heads up Admissions. TJ is also the Co-Director of Startup Grind Irvine, and leads the Jobs Committee for Coded in OC.
