Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid. Exempt.
Annual Salary Range: $64,500 - $67,000

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall success of EXP’s signature programming, developing, implementing, promoting and evaluating EXP’s school-based work-based learning programs. PM is also responsible for volunteer outreach and engagement for EXP-supported programs and events, recruiting and engaging industry partners and managing student preparation and program delivery activities year-round with multiple stakeholders including industry, community, students, educators and EXP staff.
