Program Manager
Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid. Exempt.
Annual Salary Range: $64,500 - $67,000

The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall success of EXP’s signature programming, developing, implementing, promoting and evaluating EXP’s school-based work-based learning programs. PM is also responsible for volunteer outreach and engagement for EXP-supported programs and events, recruiting and engaging industry partners and managing student preparation and program delivery activities year-round with multiple stakeholders including industry, community, students, educators and EXP staff. Development Coordinator
Job Type: Part-time, Non-exempt
Salary Range: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

The Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall success of EXP’s fundraising program. An integral member of the Development Team, the Development Coordinator organizes and implements fundraising support activities, including processing all gift revenues, logging gifts and coding gift records; queries and progress reports in support of fundraising goals and objectives; and the prompt processing and filing of donor acknowledgements.
